Contact enquiries
If you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, optional organisation, project context and message you provide. I use this information to review and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a potential engagement.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in the By Stanislav application database on its hosting infrastructure. They are normally retained for up to 12 months, unless they become part of an active engagement or a longer period is reasonably required for legal or operational records.
Service providers
Hosting and technical service providers may process limited data where necessary to operate and secure the website. Personal enquiry data is not sold.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses functional session storage for form security and validation. The theme selector stores an Auto, Light or Dark preference locally in your browser. Analytics, advertising cookies and newsletter tracking are not enabled at this stage.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of enquiry information by using the contact form. A request may require enough information to identify the relevant enquiry securely.
